Pricing is fair, always accompanied by as much explanation as is required to be certain that we understand what is to be done and why it's necessary. It seemed only natural to return to Honda of Gainesville when we were ready to buy our Honda CRV."

"The service department was the best! They all have smiles and are very helpful. They make you very welcome. I do find the younger staff in sales somewhat rude. They know you are not there to buy. If you have a question they don't want to be bothered! They do need to remember that I will be back tobuy another Honda. I have bought two and my daughters have bought one each.Maybe they should watch the staff in the service department to see how its done."
